Dilemma

Hello everybody!!!

I need your advice for my next purchase

I have completed 2-3 times FB strong and FB mass and I have also completed FB booty and FB flex.

I want to try something different now but I am so afraid to go to pure HIIT since I am 53 years old and a heavy smoker (yes, I know.. ).

I wonder if it made any good to just go through the HIIT exercises in low impact modifications. Or should I stick to strength straining? Thank you for your time
