What to add to Flex? Injured ankle

So I badly sprained my ankle six weeks back and I’m still very limited in what I can do: I can’t do lunges, HIIT or any extreme lower body weights. I’m doing Flex for my upper body but was wondering what I could do on the other days of the week there isn’t a workout scheduled? Pilates just doesn’t feel challenging enough for me.
