Hi I do these great workouts on YouTube. But I feel like I’m doing the same videos. I’d like to do 40 minutes or more of exercise. How do I go about that? Can I mix and match the videos or are 5 day challenges best to reach my goal? My goal is to loose 10lbs eat health and get toned.. lol not too much to ask for right? Also interested in your meal plans. So my question is. Are most of the free videos you offer the same that is on YouTube? Should I purchase the fitness blender plus?
