Programs + other sports

Hi

I have purchased FB fit Andy will be starting tomorrow. I’ve been doing FB videos for a long time but ad hoc depending on other activities.

I am wondering how to incorporate my outdoor activities into the program and about what days if any I should be substituting out. There is quite a bit of HITT in these programs (which I love). On weekends in the winter I usually skate or back country ski and in the summer I run, mtn. bike and hike. If I am doing these other activities, should they replace a hitt day? Thanks.
