I'm doing fitness for nearly 3 years now, with the FB workouts I became very athletic. My goal is to increase more muscle and burn the last 3-4 pounds of fat on my belly. Which is the best FB-Program for "Advanced People" ? I think a mix of FB fit and FB Mass would be the best.
