Booty WITHOUT Flex??

Hi, so I see a lot of posts on here about buying Booty and Flex and I am thinking the same thing. However, I burned myself out working out 6 days a week awhile back and don't want that to happen again. What are the Flex workouts like? 30 mins? 50 mins?

My other question is what do people think about doing Booty without Flex but adding their own upper body workouts on the other two days or is it so much better and easier to just do Flex with Booty?

I am not new to FB - I'm used to making my own routines so that's no problem but if the overall consensus is YES!! Do Booty and Flex together then I think I may have to try it. It's only 4 weeks, right??

I'm just so torn! I heard it's a great combo but don't want to burn myself out again. Thanks FB-ers! (And sorry if this post is redundant...I know lots of people are posting about Booty/Flex.)
