A quick sneaky burn!!

So today I finished up LI rd 1 week 3 with a LBS and cardio routine. Due to my knees I had to do most of the routine BWO and with shallow ROM (fine by me!) But to challenge myself without stressing my knees I followed up with this;

I love this little burn out round! Today I press ganged my Husband into doing it with me which was fun but meant he had my medium resistance band and I used the heavy one. I am feeling it now! We live in a first floor apartment I think I will be at home tmr seeing as I doubt I will be able to get down the stairs!
