New to this

Hi!

So I am not new to working out but new to fb. I have been doing hiit workout atleast twice a week for atkeast 20 min and walking atleast 30 min 5 days a week on treadmill. I am wondering what program is the best for weight loss? I watched some of their videos and they say not to do just cardio. So I am stuck and confused as to which one to purchase that has the hiit and strength and tells you how much to do per week? Please help!
