FB Plus - Pairing Programs, Perfect Fit!

Hi all, I am having such a good time doing the FB Plus 2 week programs. I am starting to pair some up and found two that are such great compliments: FB Plus "Strong" and FB Plus "Fundamentals". Every time I do a "strong" workout, let's say day 1 is focused on the arms, the "fundamentals" routine is coincidentally focusing on arms too, so the latter becomes like an "extra credit, targeting the same muscle group and/or adds a bit more stretch to the same muscles, so it's like an added cooldown active stretch. Just love these two together!!
