Which FB30 program?

I'm new to Fitness Blender and am one week from finishing the Bodyweight R2 program, which I have really enjoyed. I'm interested in the FB30 programs because I can more consistently fit in a 30-min workout, but I don't have any dumbbells and prefer cardio/HIIT to strength training anyway. Are the FB30 programs do-able without weights and does anyone have a recommendation on which round might be more focused on cardio/HIIT and/or most adaptable without weights? Thanks!
