1000 cal work outs

I just have to say I’m in LOVE with the 1000 cal workouts!! However I noticed that it’s mentioned they shouldn’t be done daily as too not overtrain. My question is, would it be ok and would I still make progress fitness wise if I alternated these workouts every other day. Example; 1000 cal workout next day rest, 1000 cal workout next day rest.... alternating throughout the week. I’m a mom of 4 with a lot on my plate and it seems like a great way to have a challenging total workout that includes your HIIT, strength , and abs and being able to have days completely free from working out to focus on other things at home. But I don’t want to do anything that will stop my progress. I basically want to continue to tone up and see more defenition. Thanks!
