FB Low Impact

Hello!

I am currently recovering from a pulled calf muscle. When the injury happened, I was in the middle of completing FB30 Round 4, but now that program is too intense for me. I am considering trying FB Low Impact instead as I want to continue to remain active. Has anybody tried any of the Low Impact programs, and if so do you think it would be suitable even with and injury? Thanks!
