4 months pregnant, still going strong

I’m a week shy of 4 months pregnant and am keeping my FB routine up! It feels great to workout and have some normalcy to my routine. I’ve already seen a decrease in my duration and intensity, I can’t do over 30mins anymore and bye bye my beloved 1,000 calorie workouts. I really need the programs to keep me on track. I’m doing 5 days a week around 30mins and adding in prenatal pilates and yoga a few times a week. I am just about to finish up FB burn round 1, second time doing it. I think I’m going to do the new program FB strong, after that FB mass, FB strong again, then end the pregnancy with FB low impact. It takes me about 6 weeks to do each one since I sprinkle in the pilates/yoga and push back a couple workouts a week. I am slowly phasing our the full hiit workouts. I love them but they’re getting harder as my belly gets bigger. Here’s my 4 month bump! I hope all my other pregnant mamas are doing great keeping it up!
