Adjustments for fat people

Hi.

I have been with FB for five years now, and I absolutely love how accessible and versatile the workouts and programs are. I tend to favor strength training, and the amount of workouts and all the different approaches is by far the most motivating thing about fb for me.

I also love how the workouts are adjustable for every level of ‘fitness’, but I do however miss some guidance in adjusting the workouts for fat bodies. There are many times where I struggle with an exercise just because my body is to fat to manage it with proper form, and I would love for fb to make a video or blog post showing various techniques for fat people, or even get some insight from other people here on the forum that is struggling with the same.
