Hello beautiful HKS Blenders,

Thought of the day:

A healthy lifestyle isn’t about what you lose. It’s about what you gain.

Nothing in particular going on. Just a nice relaxing day with some reading and Netflix.

I set myself a little challenge, to push myself for the next one or two weeks with level 5 workouts. I will mix it up a bit, because if I’m not mistaken, level 5 doesn’t have many UB strength or core workouts. So, I will make sure to have a good balance.

For food it is leftovers.

But what about you? It is self-care Sunday. Anything nice planed. And what is on the menu?

Oh, and don’t forget that we are starting into our new structure of this thread tomorrow. That will be so much fun. I’m looking forward to it. Hope you, too.
