Program recommendations for dodgy back

Hi, I wonder if you can help me. I have just finished fb low impact 1 and 2 and just started fb bodyweight program.

I hurt my lower back over a couple of weeks due to windsurfing and golf. Have you any programs that i can start that would be kinder of my back and less susceptible to stopping me on my fitness journey or would you suggest re starting low impact again. Thanks alot
