Just couldn’t today

I have been worn down the past two days with headache and two sores in my mouth. I tried to get back in today but maybe 2 minutes in my body said, “Noooooo...” I resisted my usual response to my body which is, “Suck it up and get it done, sissy.” Which was a probably what got me here to begin with. I feel like my body gets to that worn down state sooner these days which is frustrating but I am trying to learn my lesson. We all have limitations and sometimes our own limitations are even different during different seasons of life. So, I am working on accepting that and working only as hard as is healthy for me at any given time, then accepting the results and just being grateful for exercise and how good it can feel with the right attitude. There. Catharsis.
