First week of BW 2 done :) also Becca, how are you doing with Bodyweight 2 so far??

Hello everyone!

As some of you know, Im repeating Bodyweight R2. I was curious about my endurance which as I found out, quickly jumped back and Im going strong even though my front core is sore from yesterday and Im expecting to have sore legs tomorrow :)

I can definitely feel that I dropped the intensity during and after FB30 and it feels great to push forward again :) with a bit of luck and prolonged home office I may just do it according the original schedule!

How are you guys today? Any good hard workouts and delicious meals? :)

PS: here is a picture from my todays walk, beautiful leaves of ginkgo biloba! I love sunny and colourful autumn! :)
