FB30 Round4 + Running

Hey everyone! I’m about to finish FB Fit2 for the first time (yay!) and am looking at what I want to do for my next program. I’m thinking FB30 Round4 as a bit of a “recovery” program after doing Fit2 (not that FB30 is going to be easy! It just seems like it will be less intense since the workouts are on average nearly half as long).

Anyway, I also really want to start adding running into my routine. I would like to run 3 days a week, starting around 1-2 miles with the goal of being up to a minimum of a 5k by the end of the program (with the intention of continuing to increase distance/speed).

Here’s my Question: Should I add running primarily to the Upper or Lower body days? Or should I mix it up?
