Switching things to weight only

I have been an avid FB user fot 3 years now. I love what is has done for me in all ways. However I've hit a plateau. The last 6ish months there has been little change physically. Im pushing harder, lifting heavier, but seeing nothing. I've always used a variety of programs. FBBurn, sweat, abs, busy (so all 30min programs). I am wondering if I should switch from the HIIT variety programs and try just Strong. Would lifting help pull me from the plateau?
