My Program for November: FB Bodyweight R2

So i finished FB Fit R2 earlier in October, and then spent the rest of this month doing my own choice of workouts videos. It was nice just to do my own thing for a while, but I'm ready to follow a program again now.

I've decided to go with FB Bodyweight R2. I think it will be good for me to get into exercising without weights again - something I used to do a lot, but much less than I used to since buying dumbbells.

I'm starting tomorrow - wish me luck! 💙
