Cross training with Ballet Fitness/class

Hi all,

I'm looking for some advice on a suitable program to combine with my ballet fitness training. Thrice a week, I do ballet fitness workouts for an hour at the moment. I'm not a professional ballerina and just do this as a way to get fit because I enjoy it and have been able to stick with it. Other than that, I have been going to a ballet school for a one hour class that is more choreography and technique focused,

I would like to add Fitnessblender strength and cardio workouts so that I continue to build my overall health, lean muscle, and endurance.

I have almost all the FB programs and was thinking about adding 3 days of FB Sweat in. Would you recommend 3 days of FB Sweat or 3 days if FB FIT on my non-ballet fitness days? I'm hoping that I still touch upon upper, lower, and some cardio even if I do three days of a program vs five days a week.
