Finally managed a workout

Hello all

Happy new week.

So today after 4 weeks of doing nothing (and I mean nothing) I finally managed a workout.

I have decided to sort of start again (I was not a beginner before but I feel like one now.) Enough is enough! I feel weak, stiff, run down and so out of shape it's uncomfortable. I do not want to feel like this anymore, mentally or physically. So, I hope today was my first step back to being someone I recognise.

Just had to get that out there.
