Has anyone got out of a plateu with cardio?

so I've been stuck between 60-61 kg for a month. After blend was finished, I just decided to focus more on cardio. I did around 40min cardio and weights around 15mins on some days. So my body just went leaner really fast. I'm wondering if this is normal?

Has anyone else got out of their plateus by upping their cardio?
