My first 3 days

I got your 5 minutes YouTube video squats for thighs and butt, after the first day I was in so much pain in my thighs, I couldn't do it again for the next 3 days, but after trying the second time it wasn't that bad then the third time. I feel great about myself because my old self would have stopped after the pain and complain that this is not for me. Now have done it 3times in a week. Thank you so much for creating this video, I love it because you are real, you showed that it was hard by asking to rest a little bit and you actually resting other pros just makes everything seem easy. Thank you, am looking forward to my second week and having great results.
