Hi I am a teen and was introduced to this thru my health and fitness class any tips and advice is welcome

Hello, I am a high school junior and was introduced to this class thru my running start health and fitness class if any of you have advice or tips for me I will welcome them. I am not very active because I do HW all-day. I also do not know much about protein and things like that but have tried to learn about them so if you know anything about things like that or anything else that will help me let me know.
