I've tried a few of FB workout videos and like the HIIT ones best. I run/bike/hike, etc several days a week but am looking for more consistency and variety in my exercise. I am just looking for something to add about 3 days/week. But, I feel I would have better motivation with a workout program. I don't have dumbbells, so I am wondering what the best program would be...FB XT or perhaps one of the Bodyweight programs but just spread the workouts out so that they are only 3 days/week? Is FB XT worth it without dumbbells? Thanks!
