FB Plus Routines

Hi All,

Today I made myself an 8 week programme in FB Plus routines. I’ve lost some momentum in workouts since about June or so... pandemic life... and keep scheduling programmes but finding it really hard to actually make myself do a workout that I don’t already know I like which has meant I’ve ended up only working out probably 1-3 times most weeks. I’m so bad with procrastinating when a workout I’m dreading is showing...

I don’t normally like choosing on the day because I can never decide quickly enough so I do programmes because it also helps me to be able to reschedule my whole calendar easily if I need an extra rest day. So it’s such a cool thing for me to have the new ‘build a programme’ style feature where I can get the best of both worlds.

I absolutely love it - definitely the best feature yet for me. If you haven’t tried yet and have FB Plus, I highly recommend giving it a go.
