Finishing up my last few days of booty/flex.
Enjoyed it but Missing the really tough Hiit routines so I don't know wether to do another round of sweat or purchase a round of burn next 🤔
Is there much difference between them? I loved sweat it was super tough and I'm sure I've read comments somewhere tha it is tougher than burn.
Anyway as you can probably see by my rambling I'm confused so any opinions will be much appreciated in helping me choose!
