I DID IT!!! FB Fit R2 Complete!!!

I'm so happy right now!

As I said the other day, I couldn't do the run due to self isolation, but here are my other results:

Weight - 123lbs (1lb less than when I started, so I've basically maintained, which is what I wanted)

Push ups: 7 full, 25 half (compared to 3 full and 23 half last time)

Bodyweight squats: 130 (compared to 105 last time)

Plank: 56.75 seconds (compared to 52.5 last time)

Sit and Reach: +8" (compared to +6" last time)

I'm pretty happy with that! I'm going to take my After pic tomorrow and see if there are any differences there :)

I am the happiest person in the world right now for finishing this program!!! I didn't think I'd get there, but I did and I am SO much stronger than I realised as a result!
