Best low impact option after the “FB Low Impact” program?


Hi! I’m new to FB and *loving* it! Just started my 2nd round of FB Low Impact program. I was nearly sedentary before. I already can feel that I’ve put on muscle and I feel stronger! I’d like to try a different program next but not sure which is best for low impact? I feel like jumping isn’t great for me at the moment but anything not involving too much jumping would be great. Thanks!
