Starting Blend and Fundamentals!

After a week break of walks and stretching, I'm ready to start FB Blend! In September I completed FB Sweat, so I'm looking forward to Blend since it seems similar but with a bit more strength training, which is my favorite type of workout. Also going to try out the new 2-week Fundamentals challenge as a nice way to wind down before bed or do some more stretching after my main workouts.

What are all of you doing for October? October is my favorite month since it's the beginning of fall (my favorite season), my birthday month, and my anniversary month. Lots of good things going on this month as we transition to autumn. :)
