Hey all, thought it might be nice to have a place to comment on how people are doing with the new program if everyone started at around the same time. I usually work out M-F so I just completed day 2. I've worked through FB Mass a few times now and so far I'm liking the new program. The first leg day got my legs sore and the upper body this morning was tough, I'll see how I'm doing tomorrow morning.
