What to do next?


I am on my last week of FB Burn, a 4 week programme, and have renewed my love with fitness and strength training. I am trying to lose weight whilst toning up and all the programmes seem to be able to fit into that box but wondered if there were any views on which ones would be the best to try to achieve my goal? I liked the sound of the FB 30 series but not entirely sure what to go with.
