Knee stiffness - What exercises to avoid?

Hello guys!

So I'm bang in the middle of FB 30 R4 and recently have been experiencing some knee stiffness and some mild pain (mainly left knee). I'm not sure what caused this. Maybe I twisted it while going down the stairs or something. I did a 4/5 lower body workout (with low impact mods) despite some stiffness couple of days back and I woke up with bad knee pain in the middle of the night. Ugh.

So here's the thing: I don't want to stop this program since I've been doing workouts daily and I don't want to break my rhythm. So I wanted to ask, what specific exercises should I avoid if I have knee issues? I'm guessing squats and lunges for sure. Is it okay to do upper body and core exercises while having knee stiffness? Or should I just stop and rest for 3-4 days? Need some advice!
