Getting Married - HELP!


Hi FB!

I'm looking for some advice, I am getting married in July and I need to step my game up in healthy way, I generally work out 3 nights a week but I'm not great with consistency or what to do when and when I fall off the waggon I through myself off! What do people suggest in terms of a best way to plan eg, isolated muscle groups or Hiit? I need to lose a couple of kg and seriously tone up,

any help would be amazing!
