Starting Fit R2 next week - any tips, alternative to PFT and how will I survive?

Good Morning/Evening Blenders,

I´m currently doing the old school challenge and just saw the last workout is the same as the first workout of Fit R2 ^^ good thing there are alternatives :)

Anyway I´m really excited to start R2 next week but also somewhat scared of the longer workouts since it´s the first time I´ll be doing it.

My goal is to finish the program in the exact eight week window cause fingers crossed after that I might go on vacation.

So any tips/tricks and accountability buddies are more than welcome!

I feel like the biggest struggle will be the time, not cause I don´t have it but rather having to get up even earlier and pushing through. Sometimes I just find myself staring at the timer bar ^^

Another question: does anyone know of an alternative to the PFT? I just really don´t like doing it ha - maybe just skip it?
