FB Sweat Complete!

My #SweatySeptember, which actually started on August 31, is complete!

I did not do the PFT, so no results from that.

Sweat most definitely lives up to its name. There's a pretty good chunk of HIIT -- nine routines involving HIIT in the main workouts, plus three extra credits -- not to mention a good chunk of non-HIIT cardio and strength training. I think if you're more into strength training than HIIT and cardio, Sweat can be a way to get out of your comfort zone and do more HIIT and traditional cardio without sacrificing strength training altogether.

Then there are the extra credits. There are nineteen extra credit workouts available in the program; I did eleven of them. Most of the time I skipped when I thought the main workout was enough. I also learned that while I don't mind doing long workout sessions here and there, my prefered maximum is around 45 minutes.

I'm very glad I did Sweat. Not in a "I loathed this program so much" kind of way but in a "Well, that was an interesting challenge" sort of way. I can appreciate HIIT's place in a workout regimen; I'd still much rather do strength.

7/10.
