Abs R2 Complete!

Today I completed Abs R2, yay! I have to say it's my favourite program I've done so far. I liked the length of the workouts & the ratio of HIIT/Strength.

I have taken before & after pics & although I can't see much of a difference I also took some measurements & it appears I've lost half an inch from everywhere...my waist, hips, thighs & arms, which I'm pretty pleased about!

🤔 now to decide what's next...
