Hello, I've been wanting to start a "get back to health" journey and today I actually finished one work out! I did one last week, but I chose one that was way above my fitness level, so I didn't complete it. It was one I could have done last year easily, but now have to start at the beginning. I'm looking for any tips anyone has to stick with the work outs and not give up. I get discouraged easily, as I am so much more out of shape than I used to be and am hard on myself that I let myself get so out of shape. I want to be successful, but often start, then stop. Any tips to keep a beginner motivated to succeed are appreciated!Thanks and be well all!
