Best Program to Compliment Outdoor Running?

Hey all,

I've decided to try to incorporate running in my workout routine. I used to run years ago but fell away from it, and now I think it will be a nice way to make sure I am actually leaving my apartment a few times a week!

I still want to keep up with my other training with FB at the same time. If I'm thinking of running 3 times a week (approx. 30 minutes each time to start), which program do you think will compliment this the best? I'm in the process of finishing up Blend but don't want to repeat it right away.

Here are the programs I have purchased:

- Low Impact 2

- FB30 4

- Bored Easily

- Bodyweight

I also have Fit 1 and 2 but I know I don't want to add running to those programs!
