Booty 1 vs Booty 2 While Healing from a Shoulder Injury

We are an active but middle-aged/senior couple looking to do a program together while one of us overcomes a shoulder injury. I saw that a few other people have posted about doing one or the other of the Booty programs while healing from an upper body injury, and that's our plan too. It sounds like both Booty programs will still require some modifications (no downward dogs, no planks, no walkdowns, etc.), and both have a combination of cardio + strength along with core, which is exactly what we want. We may end up doing both of the Booty programs anyway depending on how long the shoulder healing process takes, but I was just curious if any of you who were dealing with an upper body injury (especially shoulder) and had done both of the Booty programs had found one of them to be easier on the injured arm/shoulder than the other.
