I was running outside 3-4 days a week... Cardio help!!!

Like I said, I was running 3-4 days a week and running a 1/2 marathon every 2-3 months... I live in Northern California and have been affected by the fires, evacuations and horrible air quality. I have mild asthma so running outside is not an option right now with the air quality... What are some cardio exercises I can do in the house that don't involve jumping? I have a jumprope and my ceilings are too low, burpies aren't an option either.
