Booty and Flex

I will finish XT this week. I can only realistically work out 3 days/week right now and I've done XT a few times now, so looking for something different. If I purchase both Booty and Flex, would it make more sense to do 2 days of Booty and 1 day of Flex per week, and then 2 days Flex and 1 of Booty the following week. Or would it make more sense to do 1 week of Booty, then 1 week of Flex and alternate back and forth by the week? Does that make sense?? :) Thanks for everyone's input!
