I've been working out with FB consistently for about 3 years now. Recently decided to do the Kickboxing challenge with FB Plus and it's real tough.
I'm wondering how others have found it. An upper body strength workout is scheduled for today after yesterday's kickboxing and it just feels too much.
Anyone else struggled with this one??
