Which program to choose after the low impact?

Hello guys!

I had a traumatic bilateral knee injury and left wrist injury 3 months ago in a bike accident and I lost most of my strength and flexibility since. I'm now doing the low impact - round 2 program, but i'm still having some difficulties.

What should I do next? Repeat the same program ou choose another?
