I’m not good at kickboxing and I hate it

Hey everyone! So I have the classic problem of I hate it and I suck at it, so I’m here to ask how do I get more motivated to do it so maybe I’ll do better? I’m talking about the kickboxing workouts in my programs. I always feel like a monkey, not knowing how to properly engage my muscle. I get tired and bored. I don’t feel the need to vent some emotions into my fists and kicks. Daniel also does it so fast I can’t keep up and when I lose the rhythm I’m even more frustrated. Any advice for this conflicting monkey who has another kickboxing coming up later this week in my FBFit? Thanks!
