I broke my finger and now I am afraid that all of my progress will diminish :(
Leg workouts can mostly be done without hands, but what about the upper body? The physican told me I cannot use dumbbell for 6 months! That's a desaster!
Do you have any recommendations for me how I can train / build mass without my hands? Are there any FB-Vids (or others) that you can recommend for my situation?
