FB Booty Round 2


I just finished FB Sweat and am looking forward to starting FB Booty Round 2 tomorrow. I've only ever done programs that offer 5 day/ week workouts and am not really sure what to select for the additional 2 days with this new program. For those that have competed it already or are currently doing it, how did you fill the other days? I want to focus on upper body those days but I'm not sure if I should select mostly strength training or if I should include cardio as well.
