Today's a good day to get rid of the fruistration : it's kickboxing day ! so let's go.

I like this warm up. It's full of explanation so it gives me time to properly warm my body in an easy and satifying way while reminding me what to focus on to improve my stance and my coordination. do that's good.

Nothing particular to say about the main workout. Instead of jump rope I did jumping jacks to bump up the cardio. It was good to throw some punches. Dumb kids are doing a rodeo with their motocross in the neigborhood so I just smahsed their heads in my imagination. That was relaxing and it's not illegal, so all good.

Quick cooldown because I'm hungry, I have to take a shower, cook dinner, answer to people who commented two days ago and find what to do this evening.

Overall

Feeling good and relax. Good sleep, no worries. Life as it should be everyday.

Tomorrow's workout will be the last hard workout of these 2 weeks. Yes, Daniel, "almost there!" This challenge is nearly over. One leg day and it will be the final stretch. I'm arleady happy with the result and proud of what I've aachieved. Let's finish strong tomorrow.
